When the first electric trolley car entered service in Erie in 1889, it revolutionized public transportation in the region. If there was ever a word that stick in my mind when reading this book , it is dramatic. If you are familiar with Radclyffe's work, then there is nothing that I can tell you. It was a top security place that had housed celebrity inmates like Doc Holiday, Charles Manson, and Peg--Leg Morgan. It is inevitable that anyone reading this wonderful book will have an "ah moment." This is when you say, yes that is happening right now to my dad or my aunt or my grandmother.
