They have missed the point!

Ultimately, I agree with the author that there is a spiritual message underpinning our sense of the comical and our need for jokes and irreverence. It may take the reader a while to see where each of these women is heading and there's no real romance, mystery or adventure to sweeten the journey.

This is in no way a "typical" lesbian novel. Sometimes a name would be mentioned without relevance to the traditional Arthurian plot. This book is a classic. Wow! Just the idea of all these authors writing a chapter when they have no idea where the story is going is crazy! But it's a good crazy that I loved. All this comes into play when he tries to figure out what to do about his father's worsening dementia. And although I may not have agreed with each one, I was sympathetic to almost every one of the characters. However, there could have been more detail about certain topics.
