Great read, great content -- highly recommend it. They were initially angry at Altaf for his capitulation in participating in Somu's abuse. The comic both enlightens everyday existence so that we see it with new eyes and opens us to another world -- one of sheer possibility and joy. For example, mindful eating, which can be a huge help to people with eating issues, is only mentioned very briefly. More than most realoze, business of today stretches FAR beyond our everyday thinking. Maybe I have the wrong attitude, but when I buy something that is labeled as being lesbian fiction, I don't expect it to be about a bunch of women who cant seem to survive without being mens insecure, neurotic, ready-made whores.. I am so proud of him not only for his great works as a doctor which I did not know about until I read his book, but because he is my old friend and a great person.
