I have digressed somewhat and I am sure other readers will disagree with my statement on Jewish humor, but if there is one people or culture that did indulge heavily in countering their desperate situation with humor it is the Jews. Recommended for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of this complex and elusive subject.. What can say, its a great book, interesting all the way thru. Though a minor thing, this drives me crazy.
