The original CliffsNotes study guides offer summaries and expert commentary on major themes, plots, characters, literary devices, and historical background. In CliffsNotes on Julius Caesar, you follow the dramatic political battles of Rome during the height of the Pax Romanum. Shakespeare pits Caesar against an untold number of conspirators and lets the daggers fly. In the end, who will carry on the rule of the Caesars? This user-friendly guide makes studying a snap - with visual icons flagging key themes, literary devices, and more. You'll come to understand the overall structure of the play, actions and motivations of the characters, and the social and cultural perspectives of the author.
I highly recommend this short story book! I wish there are more books by this author - maybe a series would be great.. I guess the main character temporarily went crazy, and this led to hallucinations and talking to the ghost. For some, I think that the main character, the boy's mother, might be construed as too nieve and maybe a little contrived; however, I found the story engaging and the ending made me cry. The joke, the really big joke, in my opinion, is that we make so much of something that is inherently meaningless — we wage war, become incensed, depressed, because we assume that life has some meaning, even if that meaning escapes us. We can find a phiolsophical matrix in "Ritual and Belief in Morocco". I can only recommend this item! Stefan Mays other books are also worth looking it. But this one stands out in its impartiality, truly synoptic coverage, clarity and concise analysis. Not that interesting, to be honest.could be more exciting. They were originally published p
