Editorial : From the Publisher Let your child's imagination take flight with The Adventures of Artie the Airplane and his friends series of books. Each episode chronicles the exploits of Artie the Airplane, a brave little rescue plane with a heart to match his mission. Artie and his friends learn important lessons about living thoughtful, kind and happy lives at the bustling Big Town airport. Each airplane has a unique personality. There's Wally the Widebody, Superslim, Jack the Jumbo, Frankie the Fighter and many more. Author and illustrator of The adventures of Artie the Airplane and his friends, Airline pilot Captain Chuck, designed his books to use these delightful characters to show your children good examples for their behavior. As the father of school-aged children, Captain Chuck realized that children need more positive influences in their lives, so he created Artie the Airplane to help fill that need. After all, children don't need more lectures, they need better role models. Artie the Ai

The first story in the series, Artie Saves The Day chronicles Artie's beginnings at the Big Town airport and the daring rescue that brought him to become a full-time rescue plane.

In the second volume of the Merlin Investigations, King Arthur's most trusted advisor once again finds himself caught up in treason and intrigue, this time on an even broader scale than in the first (The Excalibur Murders: A Merlin Investigation). On the other hand, his gloomy character is probably a necessity to balance Arthur's almost childishly innocent worldview (as he says, "He takes nearly everything and everyone at face value"). Many are fascinating, and I quickly came to trust him. A nasty encounter leads to an accusation and others she thought were her friends join in the talk. Forever a fan.. Did I mention my kids (5yo & 2yo) loved it?! The Pantry Dive section is genius - so many ideas to make use of ingredients I already have on hand. This without a doubt, the worse book on sales I have ever read. If you don't know Kenneth Cooper and his work and you are interested in your health--it is high time you meet, and this is the book you need!. I'm loving this vampire thing! COOLNE
