Nice size. It is easy to digest and full of practical usable information. Living in the Charlston area, this is a great book to give friends as a baby gift or even "little" friends as a gift to remind them of their time in Charleston or prior as place to look for during their visit.. Those were the ‘secret’ outings around Utah, and into other states, and to a few other countries.
I didn’t know exactly who I was working for, because I didn’t know at the time exactly who Michael Ruppert was. Good book! Incredibly short, though, but I guess you don't really need to delve that deep just get the basics across! Decent ketogenic beginner book there are better ones on the market though!
