Frank Felsburg was painfully shy growing up. He subscribed to the philosophy that “it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt.” In his 12 years of secondary education, he insists he was challenged by only one teacher – when he took a class in journalism. Today, he is a ghostwriter, so he writes books and other content (e.g. speeches, blog posts and white papers) for people and organizations.
