Great book. Only received one on van Gogh. You may have seen the examples here in other volumes -- some of the grilles and screens, for example, will be familiar to those who've read d'Allemagne's book on architectural and decorative ironwork -- but they are presented here with notes on fabrication and assembly that lacking elsewhere.
Recommended.. I adore these Fine Art Stickers, they are wonderful just to collect or to place at the end of a letter to decorate. I wish I could've purchased the whole set or at least be able to pick which one I get. Arrived for only one book, it was not set.
Was a very good used, but different.. Wide ranging and dense with both historical and technical detail, this volume counts as a must-have for the blacksmith who engages in decorative/architectural smithing. But best of all they are perfectly priced so that when my purchase is just under twenty-five dollars I can add one and recieve free shipping.
